숀 멘데스(Shawn Mendes)는 최연소로 빌보드 차트 25위 안에 든 캐나다 출신의 싱어송라이터입니다. 2012년부터 유튜브를 보면서 기타를 터득했고,  2013년 저스틴 비버(Justin Bieber)의 [As Long As You Love Me] 커버 곡을 유튜브에 올린 후부터 인지도가 오르기 시작했습니다. 그 뒤 소셜 영상 앱 [Vine]에 올린 커버 곡을 통해 유명세를 얻고 2014년에 정식으로 데뷔하게 되었습니다.
