체인스모커스(The Chainsmokers) 미국의 EDM 듀오로 잘 알려져 있습니다.  2008년, 알렉스 폴(Alex Pall)과 레트 빅슬러(Rhett Bixler)가 듀오로 결성하여 출발했으나, 2012년 레트 빅슬러가 탈퇴하고 드류 태거트(Drew Taggart)의 합류로 지금의 모습을 갖췄습니다.

이렇다 할 성과를 내지 못했던 이 팀은 2013년 12월, 사운드클라우드에 무료로 공개했던 [#Selfie]가 크게 성공해 한 달여 만에 정식 발매되었습니다.  그 뒤 2016년에 발표한 싱글 [Closer]을 통해 12주 동안 빌보드 차트 1위를 달성하는 기염을 토했습니다.

9월 6일에는 서울 올림픽공원 체조경기장에서 단독 내한공연을 합니다.  2017년 서울과 부산에서 첫 단독 공연을 펼친 후 2년 만입니다.  현재 인터파크 티켓에서 예매할 수 있습니다.
