영국 출신의 보이밴드 뉴 호프 클럽(New Hope Club)입니다. 조지 스미스(George Smith)와 블레이크 리차드슨(Blake Richardson)은 99년생 동갑 친구로 2015년 10월 밴드를 결성했습니다. 리스 비비(Reece Bibby/98년생)는 영국의 오디션 프로그램 [The X Factor]의 11번째 시즌에서 5위를 기록했으며 같은 해 11월에 뉴 호프 클럽에 합류하게 되었습니다. 세 사람 모두 북잉글랜드 출신이라고 합니다. 멤버 모두가 보컬과 악기를 담당하고 있는데, 조지와 블레이크는 기타와 피아노 리스는 베이스, 기타, 드럼 등을 다룰 수 있습니다.

2017년 싱글 앨범 [Welcome To The Club]으로 데뷔하여 더 뱀프스(The Vamps) 투어 오프닝에 서면서 이름을 알리기 시작했습니다. 지금은 월드 투어를 다닐 정도로 성장했습니다. 데뷔 직후 빌보드의 '넥스트 빅 사운드 차트' Billboard Next Big Sound chart)에 10주간 머물며 2017년 9월 16일 5위를 달성했습니다.  2017년 '틴 초이스 어워드'(Teen Choice Awards)에서 'Choice Next Big Thing'에 후보에 올랐습니다.

2018년에 발표한 [Medicine]은 뉴 호프 클럽의 노래 중 유튜브에서 가장 빨리 100만 뷰를 달성했습니다. 2019년에는 싱글 앨범 [Permission]과 [Love Again]을 발표하며 활발한 활동을 이어가고 있습니다. 첫 내한한 뉴 호프 클럽은 데이즈드 코리아(DAZED KOREA) 7월 호 화보를 찍으며 화제가 되기도 했습니다. 이번이 The Vamps와 함께 페스티벌 무대 공연을 하러 한국을 방문한 이후로 두 번째 방문입니다. 그때 많은 팬들이 공항에서 기다리고 있는 모습을 보고 감동해서 꼭 다시 와야겠다고 생각했다고 합니다. 

 

뉴 호프 클럽은 2019년 6월 15일에 '현대카드 언더 스테이지'에서 첫 단독 내한 콘서트를 갖습니다. 예매는 멜론 티켓에서 할 수 있습니다.
